Terms
Purchases of Koi
Once you have chosen to purchase koi and you have read
the terms and conditions statement, then click the shopping trolley
button to purchase the koi you wish to buy. When you have
finished buying click the check out button. Choose your method
of payment. Then click next. Complete customer details.
We will email you with a quote for delivery cost and payment
details. If the quote is excepted you must pay As Soon As Possible.
Please note that payment on orders are required
to be paid within 48 hours after purchase.
If paying by cheque or money order you must
email us to confirm that it has been sent.

Koi reserved (on hold) 
Koi must be paid for ASAP unless arrangements have been made.
The Koi will only be on hold for a maximum five days
when koiforsale.com.au is waiting for payment.
If payment is not received within required time, we will Email the
purchaser to notify the funds have not been received and the koi
will be re-advertised for sale.
Koi can be put on hold for inspection by prior arrangement only.

Freight
Once you place your order, we then ASAP email you back a
quote for freight. (Please refer to our freight web page for
approximate prices).
Customers to pay for all freight charges. Freight charges vary
according to destination and some customers may want to 
organise freight themselves. Please Email koiforsale@gmail.com
for other arrangements.
We can deliver Australia wide.

Minimum purchase of Koi $250 for Shipping via Air.  
If we can save you money, we will do so.
Holding Deposits
The deposit amount and holding time is decided by (koiforsale)
Pond Supplies.
The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost of the Koi or product.
Once a holding deposit is paid, then that  Koi or product is held
for the agreed time. That being maximum of 30 Days.
If the purchaser renounces the Koi or product or does not pay
the balance owing by the agreed time, the purchaser will
forfeit their deposit.
Liability
Pond Supplies / Koiforsale.com.au maintain a strict quarantine
guidlines.
We recommend that buyers quarantine all new purchases.
Pond Supplies / Koiforsale.com.au reserve the right to withdraw
any Koi from sale.
Pond Supplies / Koiforsale.com.au only sell and dispatch koi in
good condition.
All purchases of  Koi must check whether Koi are legal in their
Country or State.
We do not hold any responsibility or liability once a koi is sold
and leaves Pond Supplies / koiforsale.com.au's or our suppliers
premises .

 Warranties on products
 Standard manufactures guarantee's apply to all products.
(on defects or workmanship.)
Most products have a 12 months warranty.
Delivery consignment warranty is covered by our
Freight operators only.
